Prologue
I backed up into the back wall of my room. It couldn't be happening...it hadn't opened in so long... My door: gone, replaced with the all-too familiar swirling purple vortex. Not this dreadful place again... Conscience, nobody asked you. Your mother hates you. I don't have a mother! Well...technically you're my mother, you transvestite teenager! I breastfeed you every day. ANYWAY...we're screwed. I agree. Well, if I remember correctly after three years, the vortex wasn't in fact a portal. "So..." I said out loud, "there should be a frog monster on the other end." I walked through cautiously, ready to break all hell loose.
The air was stagnant, like a murky swamp-water. A nauseating smell permeated my nostrils, bringing tears to my eyes. "Yup," said my friend Tony. "This is Hell."
I groaned. "Let's rob a bank, he says. We won't kill anyone, he says. Let's blow up a church, he says. Tony, why do I listen to you?" Tony shrugged. "Well now we're dead!" I screamed at him. I should introduce myself. I'm Nick, your suave and agonizingly handsome narrator. Very humble, too. Shut up. That, in the italicized text, was my conscie

The cool breeze swept through the streets of north-east Philadelphia, a quiet calm settled upon it. It was a nice, brisk Autumn afternoon. Kids were outside playing, and Zave Jones... inside playing games. "Ohmygodihatecreepers," he was muttering over and over, repetitively pressing the "w" key. "Zaveeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Pressing Escape, Zave shut the laptop and put it on his desk. "Whattttttt?" "Someone's here to see you," called his sister, the notorious Trista. "You're fat, Trista." "What?" "You're mother hates you." "Love you too, Zave." Zave sighed and walked downstairs. He walked over to the door, qu

I sat down at the top of the steps, exhausted. It was 11:55. I wasn't even sure how many days were left, like twenty? We were DEFINITELY on time. "I...huh...need...huh...a break," I gasped. Galaxy-Eyes laughed. "Now? We have to be in there-" he pointed to a large, ominous black door- "in less than five minutes." I nodded. "Just let me..." I stopped. "Never mind." The door opened by itself. "Oh that's nice." We stepped inside, and the door slammed shut, locking.

Galaxy-Eyes and I were going up a silver pathway on the Diesland. I had masterfully crashed the ship and crawled out of the wreckage like a boss. Galaxy-Eyes wasn't too happy.
The castle we were headed towards was massive...and in the shape of a skull with wings... on fire. "How didn't we know some crazy evil stuff was going on here?" I face-palmed.
"Come on, let's go, we don't have all day!" Galaxy-Eyes said. He was making use of his wings and flying the way. "Well excusssssssse me for not being a dragon!" I spat at him. Either way, I started sprinting. "Hey Galaxy-Eyes!" I said. "Mmhmm?" "Will we

Tony's eyes narrowed. "Nick, you don't want to do this." His voice had changed, a scratchy voice that wasn't his normal voice by a stretch. "Sorry, 'Tony.' I have to," I retorted. I inserted my deck. Tony sighed. "This is your last chance. You can stop all of this. You don't have to do this and we can just go to Aquasity." It was my turn to sigh. "Let's duel!" Tony inserted his deck, a grim determination set over him. Galaxy-Eyes gulped. "Don't hold back, Nick," Galaxy-Eyes whispered. "He's not himself. You have to stop this monster." I gulped.

*Still* twenty-six days left. We arrived in Flamesity, tired and wore-down. It was dark, and we wanted to sleep in an inn or something. "There's the inn," Tony said, pointing to a large structure with a red, neon bed and the word "INN" on it. "Let's go." We walked inside, checked in, and get two keys to rooms. Not many people were in the inn, as not many people took this path AND Terrasity is shut down until further notice...teehee.
I muttered "Night," to Tony and Galaxy-Eyes followed me into my room. "Galaxy-Eyes?" I said as I was lying down in my bed. "Mmrph." I took that as a 'yes.' "What happens if we save

Twenty-six days left. Tony and I exited the boat to Dueling Haven. I stretched and breathed in a bit of fresh air. "Ahh, this will be fun," I sighed. Galaxy-Eyes snorted. "You have a lot of pressure to find the Master. Remember, he could be anyone," the tiny dragon reminded. I shrugged. "I think he's going to be the Sity Master." Tony yawned. "How does this work, anyway? I've never gone in Dueling Haven before," Tony said. "Well," I said, "there's a speech in the beginning.
